Can I edit the order information?

Yes. You have a short timespan before your order is shipped.

I missed my delivery, how do I get the product?

Our products are delivered by the multiple worldwide delivery companies.

Usually, you will be contacted before the delivery. If you missed your delivery, try contacting the delivery company which was stated in the informational email.

My product never arrived, what do I do?

Each delivery is marked with a unique tracking number. You can try checking that tracking number with online delivery tracking tool.

If there is an issue, feel free to reach out to us with your delivery information on the support page, and we will gladly help you with the delivery of your order.

Which countries do you ship your products to?

We ship worldwide. Depending on the product, you will see on the order page available countries where your product can be delivered.

The list is updated regularly. If your country is not listed during the order process, unfortunately we will not be able to deliver to your country.

How long does it take to get the products?

Depending on your delivery address delivery can take multiple days. 

Delivery usually takes between 14 to 30 days. You will be informed about the delivery time by email.

What to do if my product arrived damaged?

If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to us on the support page regarding your order.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, do not ship us back your order.  Reach out to our support agents regarding your order refund or replacement, on the support page.

I have a promo code, how do I apply it?

During the order process, there will be a clearly stated field with the promo code.

Enter the promo code to claim your discount.

If the promo code is expired, there will be no discount applied.
